Teams enjoy a tournament of round-robin fixtures plus a host of on-site adventure activities where there are much more than trophies to be won. Netballers of all ages and abilities are welcomed to Condover Hall to enjoy a fun-packed weekend where they can develop a series of interpersonal and key skills.

Each JCA netball weekend includes:

  • Full board accommodation with bedding
  • Delicious food and drink
  • Round robin netball tournament, with England-affiliated umpires and match balls
  • 1:8 free place ratio for adults
  • A fun range of adventurous activities, from archery to kayaking
  • Evening entertainment
  • Prize presentation with medals and trophies

Teams arrive on a Friday afternoon to take part in a weekend of fixtures against competitors from around the country. Battling it out for the cup or plate, teams get to enjoy a wide array of indoor and outdoor activities such as abseiling, climbing, archery, kayaking and many more!

Junior tournaments are designed for students in school years 7 to 11 (unless otherwise stated), Sixth Form schools and junior clubs allowing trip organisers to hand over the task of organising your itinerary and recruiting rival teams to us.

Netball facilities

Come rain or shine we have the facilities to see your tournament through!

Condover Hall has multiple all-weather netball courts for the weekend’s round-robin of fixtures, plus its own indoor sports hall where girls can practice their shooting. Located close to a host of activities, teams will be able to easily transition from the courts to their next JCA challenge without losing valuable playing or activity times.

High 5 weekends

JCA are always looking to make the game available to everyone and anyone who wants to take to the court, and are now running high 5 tournaments at Condover Hall!

An increasingly popular entry-level version of netball, High 5 netball is designed specifically for young players aged 9-11. Matches see 5 players per team on court at once with players rotating round positions, enabling all young netball stars to experience every position on court, learning it’s role in the team and encouraging as many players as possible to participate.

In some cases, children take on off-court positions such as timekeeping and scoring. By offering them a role during non-playing time, High 5 is seen to engage children and hold their attention for a longer time. The rules allow more freedom around the court and give players more time to make tactical decisions, making it the perfect as an introduction to netball for under 11s.
