One dedicated instructor per group

At JCA, we aim to operate an instructor-to-child ratio of 1:12. We believe in working on the unique policy of one dedicated instructor per group throughout the group’s stay with us.

Getting to know the ability level and targets for each child forms part of our instructor assessment and how our team can best support your group. Our policy helps ensure children are suitably supervised at all times in line with our on-site safety guidelines.

Please note that some activities may require specialist instructors and consequently a different member of staff may be required to oversee the group.

Book a free preview visit

Party Leaders, Governors, Educational Visits Coordinators and Local Authority Advisors are welcome to join us at Croft Farm for a preview visit. This provides an opportunity to carry out risk assessments and explore our facilities.

Most visits last between one and two hours and must be pre-booked with the head office. Those without a pre-arranged date and time will be refused entry due to security reasons.
