If your kids love watersports, they’ll love our Croft Farm Waterpark activity centre in the heart of the Cotswolds, near to the historic town of Tewkesbury.
Croft Farm has lots of green space for land based activities, as well as superb opportunities for a wide range of water-based fun on its own 12 acre lake and the nearby River Avon.
Expert tuition through an approved Royal Yachting Association school is available and facilities include:
- Junior dinghy’s and kayaks, wetsuits and safety equipment
- Marquee
- Sports field
- Close to the River Avon for kayaking
We also offer the opportunity for students to spend 2-3 days on a course to achieve national accreditations in dinghy sailing, windsurfing or canoeing (stage 1 and upwards).
Accommodation is provided in Scandinavian-style log cabins, adding to the sense of fun and adventure and offering everything groups need for an exciting and comfortable activity break.
With its excellent facilities and range of brilliant outdoor activities, young people will be encouraged to develop their individual skills, whilst learning to work as part of a team.
One dedicated instructor per group
That’s why we have a unique policy of one dedicated instructor per group for the duration of their stay, with an instructor to child ratio of no more than 1:12 (maximum activity group size is 12 children).
This allows instructors to get to know the strengths, weaknesses and personality of each child, helping children fulfil their potential and get the most out of the camp. It also helps ensure children are properly supervised at all times and feel safe and supported.
25 activities and 5 courses available
Activities at this centre apply to a broad range of subject areas and leaning outcomes, promoting education, personal development and of course, fun!
Book a free preview visit
We welcome preview visits from Party Leaders, Governors, Educational Visits Coordinator’s and Local Authority Advisors. A visit can give you the opportunity to carry out risk assessments, inspect the facilities and get to know your way around the centre.
Please note that most visits will take between one and two hours. Preview visits must be pre-booked with head office; otherwise you will be refused entry to the site for security reasons.
To book your preview visit, please fill out the enquiry form.
