Bookings made between 01 May 2025 and 31 July 2025
Any school residential bookings made between 01 May 2025 and 31 July 2025 (inclusive) for departure dates between 1 February 2026 and 14 November 2026 (inclusive):

Up to 10 Free Child Places Offer
Terms & Conditions:
- 1 free child place will be available for every 10 full paying child places booked.
- Maximum of 10 free places per booking (based on 100 paying child places)
- Bookings must be for a minimum 2-night stay
- Offer subject to availability, on selected dates at Condover Hall only. Selected dates in Offer applicable for travel in March, April, September and November 2026.
- If passenger numbers fall below the full 10 paying passengers 1 free child place will be removed
- No pro rata free child places will be offered should passenger numbers drop
- Free place is the base price only & does not cover any additional add-ons
Condover Hall base price covers:
-Full board accommodation (excl bedding)
-Activities (not including water sports)
-Travel insurance
Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers - Offer available to pupils attending UK based schools only
- Free places will be allocated to the lowest-priced child places within the booking
- Free places are non-transferrable and available to children only, up to age 18

JCA Taster Weekend – Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1. The JCA Taster Weekend is provided by Travel Class Limited (t/a “JCA”) whose registered office is at Platinum House, St Mark’s Hill, Surbiton, KT6 4BH. Registered number 02969802.
1.2. The JCA Taster Weekend is provided subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) to take place exclusively between Friday 17th April 2026 to Sunday 19th April 2026 at Condover Hall (the “Venue”)and is hereinafter referred to as the “Taster Weekend”.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Participation in the Taster Weekend is limited. Participation is only available to the following types of groups: Scouts and Guides, youth clubs, community groups, faith organisations, charities, SEND groups, performing arts, sports clubs and similar organisations (“Eligible Groups”). Schools are not permitted to participate in the Taster Weekend.
2.2. JCA reserves the right to request evidence confirming the role and identity (e.g., organisational ID, website links, documentation) of the person making the booking for the Taster Weekend and the eligibility of that person to make the booking for the Taster Weekend.
2.3. Participation for any Eligible Group that is accepted onto the Taster Weekend is for up to two (2) adults and two (2) children. Additional places during the Taster Weekend for any members of the Eligible Group may be purchased at a discounted rate of £99.00 per person (inclusive of VAT). All additional spaces are subject to availability.
2.4. Spaces in the Taster Weekend are limited and any persons that are interested in participating in the Taster Weekend are encouraged to contact JCA as soon as possible.
2.5. JCA reserves the right to refuse participation, in its sole discretion, in the Taster Weekend for any reason whatsoever, including (without limitation) if the capacity limits are reached at the Venue, due to logical or operational reasons to accommodate any Eligible Groups or any persons or groups not being eligible to participate in the Taster Weekend.
3. Included in the Taster Weekend
3.1. The following services shall be provided by JCA during the Taster Weekend:
(a) accommodation at the Venue throughout the duration of the Taster Weekend; and
(b) all meals and activities as advertised in the program throughout the Taster Weekend.
3.2. Please note that transportation to, or from, the Venue is not included in the Taster Weekend and only the specific services which are set out in clause 3.1 are included. No transportation should be arranged by any persons unless and until JCA has confirmed the participation in the Taster Weekend for the Eligible Group.
4. Image Use
4.1. By participating in the Taster Weekend, and in consideration of JCA making the Taster Weekend available, you agree, both on behalf of yourselves and other participants in your Eligible Group, that JCA may capture and use your likeness and other personal data in any photography, video and feedback for marketing, training and promotional purposes.
4.2. We will use and process your data in accordance with our privacy policy which be found here https://www.jca-adventure.co.uk/privacy-policy.
5. Miscellaneous
5.1. The Taster Weekend is arranged by JCA in good faith and JCA reserves the right to amend or otherwise cancel the Taster Weekend if required due to operational, safety or other reasonable circumstances (including, but not limited to, Force Majeure Events as defined in the booking conditions of JCA, which can be found at UK-Model-Booking-Conditons-Final-version-issued-10.10.2025.pdf (the “Booking Conditions”)).
5.2. These Terms & Conditions are supplementary to the Booking Conditions which shall apply in full to the participation of all persons in the Taster Weekend. By registering for or attending the Taster Weekend, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Booking Conditions. In the event of any conflict as to the terms of these Booking Conditions and the Terms & Conditions, the Booking Conditions shall prevail.
5.3. Your participation in the Taster Weekend and any claims or matters (including non-contractual claims and matters) arising in respect of the booking for, or participation in, the Taster Weekend is governed by English Law. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes which may arise in (including non-contractual disputes and claims).
