Netball rules
Games follow official World Netball Rules and any current England Netball Domestic Guidance, except where otherwise stated.
Year 5 & 6 dedicated competitions
- Standard netball rules
- 10ft posts and size 5 match ball
- 7-a-side format
- Mixed-gender teams permitted (max. 3 male players on court; 1 per third)
About our football tournaments
We operate mixed junior football tournaments open to girls’ and boys’ teams.
If we have enough teams, we’ll split into separate girls’ and boys’ tournaments. If not, girls’ teams may play mixed fixtures.
Due to rising demand, we now run a girls-only football tournament weekend. The next girls-only weekend will take place 5–7 June 2026.
