This session introduces young outdoor explorers to the skills of using a map as groups navigate around the JCA site. Using concentration, communication and teamwork skills children will soon learn how rewarding an activity orienteering can be when they are successful in getting to their destination all by themselves.

Techniques in map reading, scales, keys and grids will be taught by our instructors during this session as teams compete in games and races to see who can reach the destination first.
