A hugely successful event at our flagship adventure centre saw over 550 people take to the new high ropes and activity lake in the Shropshire countryside. Celebrating Shree Swaminarayan Yuvak Mandal (SSYM) UK Shabir 2016, attendees stepped away from the hectic day to day life.

Time to reflect

The extended weekend consisted of a range of seminars taking place within the gardens of Condover Hall as well as the refurbished rooms within the Mansion House. Providing young people with time to reflect, Shabir 2016 also enabled participants to learn more about themselves, receive guidance from others, and, of course, have fun!

Conquering fears

Away from the spiritual study sessions, the group from SSYM took to the new on-site activity lake. Here they were able to take to the water on canoes and work together through a number of tasks. The new high aerial trek proved to be hugely popular offering attendees the chance to support each other through conquering fears. The rope walk and fan descender provided the perfect platform to achieve at new heights and take in the stunning views across the Condover Hall site and beyond.

Celebration

Vivid colours adorned the halls and marquee at Condover Hall along with the unique scent of traditional cooking and live music. A fantastic weekend enjoyed as much by the JCA staff as SSYM, the smiles at Condover were beaming as bright as the sun that welcomed us to the weekend.
