What to expect when you book with JCA

Before your group sets off on their JCA adventure, there are three simple booking stages to follow. Whether this is your first residential or you’ve organised many trips before, our team is here to guide you from the first call to the moment you return home.

Contact us to discuss your aims and shape the ideal trip

Your journey begins with a quick chat about what you want your group to achieve. We’ll help you choose the right centre, pick the best activities and match your goals to a tailored programme. From boosting confidence to building teamwork, we’ll take your aims and create a quote you can easily share with senior leadership.

Make a provisional booking and access your Party Leader resources

Once your school or group gives the green light, you can secure a provisional booking. You’ll instantly unlock our Party Leader resource pack – everything you need to prepare, including risk assessments, guidance, parent information and ready-made promotional materials to get pupils excited.

Confirm your booking with your first deposit

When your final numbers are in, you simply confirm your trip with a first deposit. We’ll keep everything on track with friendly reminders for the second deposit and final balance, so nothing gets missed. After that, your adventure is officially booked and ready to go.
