Barbarians Mini’s Rugby Festival itinerary
Here’s a sample outline of your rugby festival weekend at Condover Hall.

Friday afternoon | Meet your JCA instructor and explore the estate
From 15:00 – Arrive at Condover Hall and meet your JCA liaison
Settle into your accommodation. Enjoy some free time and take the chance to look around the Condover Hall grounds in preparation for the weekend ahead
Friday evening | Get to know your competitors
20:00 – Rugby Tournament organiser and Condover Hall Duty Manager host a Welcome Meeting in the bar for the Trip Leaders to run through the weekend and for you to ask any questions you may have about the centre, tournament and activities
20:00-22:00 – Gift and Snack Shop open
21:30 – Evening curfew, children to be in their accommodation blocks
Saturday morning and afternoon | Rugby tournament and adventure activities
U8s – U11s Tournament Day at Shrewsbury RFC
07:00–08:30 – Breakfast served in the restaurant
08:30 – All groups to gather outside the Condover Hall main building for their transfer to Shrewsbury RFC
09:00 – Warm up
09:30–17:00 – Tournament fixtures at Shrewsbury RFC
A full day of fixtures designed to maximise game time, with opportunities to rest, refuel, and support teams between matches.
17:00 – All teams to gather at the coach drop-off/pick-up point for their return transfer to Condover Hall

Saturday evening | Entertainment and relaxation
17:30–19:00 – Evening meal served in the restaurant
19:00-21:00 – Evening activities: Climbing Wall, Abseiling, Trapeze, Multi Vines, Gladiator Wall, Laser Maze, Grid of Stones, Conquest, Loud Disco and Silent Disco *Activities are subject to change
19:00 – Social evening in the bar/ lounge area for adults
20:00-22:00 – Gift and Snack Shop open
21:30 – Evening curfew, children to be in their accommodation blocks
Sunday morning | Rugby, activities and prize presentation
07:00–8:30 – Breakfast served in the restaurant
09:00–13:00 – Activities open on a drop-in basis
Choose from: Climbing Wall, Abseiling, Trapeze, Multi Vines, Gladiator Wall, Laser Maze, Grid of Stones, Aerial Trek, Zip Wire and Archery
14:00 – Depart Condover Hall
