Centre address, accommodation details and site facilities, centre specific Safety & Security Procedures and our Code of Conduct.
Itinerary & Activities List
You can tailor-make your itinerary to suit your groups’ individual requirements and to meet the objective for your visit. Your programme will be specifically devised from your Preference Questionnaire.
Special Requirements and Medical Information
JCA is committed to Equal Opportunities and will always strive to meet individual requirements relating to disability, culture and religion. Most of our activities and centres are suitable or can be adapted to include those with special needs. We will be happy to discuss any specific requirements with you. Group medical information, including swimming ability will be passed on to your instructors.
Dietary Information
Your first meal will be the evening meal on arrival day and the last meal is lunch on departure day. All meals will provide a choice including a vegetarian option and will support healthy eating. We are used to catering for groups with individual requirements; you will be asked to complete a dietary requirement form and we will be happy to discuss any specific needs you may have. Meals include:
Breakfast: Cereal, toast and cooked selection
Lunch: Packed lunch including sandwiches, fruit, snack and a drink.
Dinner: 3 courses with a choice of main

Risk Assessment & Safety Management Policy
Our Safety Management Systems and Policy have been independently inspected and verified. We have an excellent reputation throughout the industry and our involvement with the School Travel Forum, Association of Heads of Outdoor Education Centres, Institute for Outdoor Learning, British Activity Holiday Association ensures we are kept up to date with current procedures and requirements.
Kit Check List
All specialist equipment is provided at each centre. The Kit Check List will help your group to pack the appropriate items – including old clothing suitable for dry or wet weather activities, waterproof jacket, trainers, swimwear, a towel etc.
Emergency Contacts
You will be asked to provide emergency contact details of a member of school staff. Our head office emergency duty mobile phone is manned 24 hours a day throughout the operational season.
