Seaton
Devon
Overview
Seaton is well located in the heart of the spectacular Jurassic coastline. The centre is just 100m from the beach where the dramatic coastal scenery can be enjoyed!
Seaton, at the mouth of the Axe estuary, was historically an important port and references date back to the Romans and Phoenicians. Today, the coastal town of Seaton is a popular choice for school groups and this centre is ideally located. In addition to the extensive range of JCA activities, the centre facilities include an impressive indoor heated swimming pool with flumes, slides and Jacuzzi! Due to the location this site is ideal for geological studies, including fossil hunting.
